Indie Unicorn will handle refunds, returns & exchange on a case-by-case basis
Disclaimer: Shoppers should allow a +/- 1cm - 3cm difference in the actual product from the stated dimensions. Also, please allow for slight colour difference in the actual product as compared to photos due to photography lighting and difference in computer settings.

Damaged Products | Wrong item/size being sent out

ALL items are checked for defects before being sent out. Should there be any damage made during mailing, please notify us at shopindieunicorn@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Do take note that exchange will be based on availability of stock. We will provide solutions on a case-by-case basis.


Sizing does not fit (Only applies to apparels and shoes. Does NOT apply for bags and accessories)

At Indie Unicorn, we do not want to force you to accept something that does not fit you. We allow exchanges (to a correct size) and refunds (only in the case where the product/size is not available anymore) within TEN days of the item being shipped out. The item tag should still be intact and the item should not have any obvious tear/stains/damage to qualify for returns/exchange/refunds. We reserve the rights to reject any products that does not qualify for return/exchange/refund.


However, do bear in mind that the postage charges for sending the item back to us and for us to mail the new items back to you will entirely be borne by the customer.
